If you're a seller
Your first point of contact is your listing agent. They know your property, your showing schedule, and can answer most questions immediately — often faster than EZShown support can.
Your listing agent's name and phone number are on your EZShown seller page (the one you bookmarked). Tap the Call your agent or Text your agent button there to reach them directly.
If your agent isn't reachable, you can always reply HELP to any EZShown text message for automated assistance, or STOP to pause notifications entirely.
If you're an agent
If you use EZShown as a listing agent or buyer's agent and need help with the product, email us directly. We typically respond within one business day.

- Technical issues — a request that didn't go through, a text that didn't deliver, an approval that didn't register
- Feature suggestions — we genuinely want to hear these, especially from active agents
- Account setup or listing setup questions
- Questions about privacy, data handling, or your MLS membership
- Anything that feels wrong or confusing — if something isn't working the way you expect, we want to know
If you're an MLS administrator
For contract, integration, billing, or administrative questions, contact the same address and include "MLS administration" in the subject line so we can route it appropriately.
